5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Hairnhook is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No refunds are provided. Approved cases will receive replacement or store credit only.
