At Hairnhook, we ship all orders through private transport, courier partners, or customer-preferred logistics to ensure safe and reliable delivery for bulk and wholesale orders.


Shipping Method


All orders are shipped via private courier, transport services, or logistics partners.


Customers may suggest their preferred transport or courier, subject to feasibility.


Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched (if provided by the transport partner).



Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.


Processing time may vary depending on order quantity and product availability.



Delivery Timeline


Delivery time depends on the destination city, transport availability, and courier partner.


Estimated delivery: 3–20 business days after dispatch.


Delays caused by transporters, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.



Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and transport mode.


Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Any additional charges by the transport company (loading, unloading, local delivery, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.



Risk & Responsibility


Once the order is handed over to the transport or courier, the risk passes to the customer.


Hairnhook is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage caused by the transport partner.


We strongly recommend customers opt for insured shipping for high-value consignments.



Damaged or Missing Packages


In case of visible damage, customers should inform the transporter immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.


Any damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.


We will assist in coordinating with the transport partner but are not liable for transport-related claims.



Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.


Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional charges.



Undelivered or Returned Shipments


If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


No refunds will be issued for returned shipments.



International Shipping (If Applicable)


International orders, if accepted, are shipped via private logistics partners.


Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are to be borne by the customer.
